It's a shame to see town like this
PARKING is a nightmare when busy and when a town centre charges it means people go elsewhere for a look.
St Helens Retail Park is always crammed as people don’t have to worry about parking costs.
It’s a shame to see St Helens like this but when it’s full of beggars and chuggers - plus parking fees - there is no incentive.
Drop council tax business rates and encourage small businesses for people to try start-ups instead of making them bankrupt before they move into premises.
