A bright cold afternoon promised a fast open game and the spectators were not disappointed.A period of pressure from the heavier Tyldesley pack ended with their fly half,Waresfield scoring a try which was converted close to the posts.This proved the catylist for West Park to play their own brand of sparkling rugby when following three strikes against the head both Rosney and Green scored trys each converted by Hunt.

Park emerge from atrocious conditions with victory

IN atrocious conditions and with a biting wind making handling the ball extremely difficult, the visitors came away with a deserved win in what was at times a frustrating and ill tempered game.
