WE have been observing over the past few weeks that food delivery riders on electric bicycles have been speeding through St Helens town centre.
They are driving at speed on the pavements and also down the streets the wrong way.
It is only a matter of time before an innocent pedestrian is knocked to the floor or an innocent driver is accused of knocking the delivery driver off his bike.
Isn’t it about time that something is done?
