I’VE just tried to order our prescriptions from the doctor’s website!
Before, no problem but NOW you have to do it on the NHS website - complicated isn’t in it!
How anyone with limited IT skills can get their medication is beyond me.
I phoned the doctor’s reception, they had to take the prescription over the phone (just this once).
Before, it was no more than clicking what you needed and a few simple steps.
You now need a degree in IT, two email addresses (one for me and one for my wife), two-step verification and photo ID, two passwords and lots more!
This is so-called making it easier!
It’s not, it’s a disgrace and I don’t see how any of our elderly people would be able to do it.
And the receptionist agreed they are having loads of issues too.
It will not free up more time and it will leave people without medication.
