REGARDING the plight faced by many of our pubs.
It’s a cost-of-living crisis. People can’t afford to prop up a bar three nights a week to prop a pub up.
It does remain a luxury unfortunately and they are the first thing to go when times are tough.
Don’t get me wrong, I miss the local pubs as much as the next person but there’s no reason to live in denial.
