CAN someone please tidy up the area around the recycling bins next to the pay station at Birchley Street car park.

There is rubbish dumped all around and it has been there for months.

This is one of of St Helens’ major car parks and I would imagine all sorts of business people who are visiting the town for meetings see this mess. I imagine it is an awful first impression.

I’ll thrive but there is no excuse for areas just being left scruffy. Will someone take pride in the appearance.
