ONCE again the blight of dog fouling has reared its head.
People of St Helens it’s simple: if you can’t pick up after your dog fouls, and can’t control your pet, don’t own one.
Here’s another tip. Leave your phones at home or at least in your pocket and monitor your dog’s whereabouts.
Another issue is those dog owners who pick up after the act, then throw the poop filled bag into the bushes.
Your dog gives enough indication when it’s about go to the loo, and it is down to you to pick up afterwards.
Laziness and lack of responsibility. You people need to get a grip.
