Where's the opposition?
SO we know who the company is behind the so-called development of Haydock green belt, what little is left, and our council has decided to release it.
In my view councillors are elected to represent local people’s feelings and concerns. They then do what they want to and ignore us.
I am one of the few who gets up and votes every time and am saddened by this attitude but we are a one-horse town.
