TO the lowlife who, on Good Friday evening, threw a road traffic sign through the windscreen of my son's car: I hope that you had a better Easter than we did.

Your action meant that the car was unfit to drive and that my son could not use it to visit his children during their Easter break from school.

This led not only to great disappointment for all the family, but also that a large amount of money which could ill be afforded had to be spent to make it roadworthy again on the Tuesday after Easter, the day when my son returned to work and the children to school.
