OUR local police do what they can with the resources they have. They are pushed to the limits with a constant barrage of paper work which takes many off the streets for hours of their shift. I've spoken to many and they hate it.
They want to fight crime within communities and not push pens. The NHS has gone the same. Hands on care work from our wonderful nurses is being hindered by paper work. I will pay a few pence more (to keep police jobs), but when does this end?
Maybe the tax the overseas companies in the UK more. Google has just said ok we will pay 2.5 per cent in tax but we pay 20 per cent.
