SEEING that is supposedly the season of goodwill, perhaps the owners of the Hardshaw Centre could enter into the spirit of the occasion and reinstall the seating.
The seating was never a luxury but more of a necessity for some of us older citizens of St Helens.
Even the younger people of today need to sit at some point.
Also I believe the return of these seats would be greeted by people who come to the town from other parts of the region.
Serious consideration needs to be given to the sad situation that leaves some folk unable to come to town because there is no seating away from the bad weather.
