FOLLOWING the selection of Conor McGinn as prospective Labour candidate for St Helens North, I hope the electorate wakes up and refuses to vote for anybody other than a local candidate irrespective of party .
St Helens has no character left, unless you seek charity shops or bars, fast food outlets and secretive town hall “leadership”.
Please think before blindly voting for even more of the same old same old.
