THIS week first and second in the Premier Division Sutton Heath and Boilermakers Arms played out a 2-2 draw.
Boilermakers held on to a draw despite going down to ten men, goals coming from Brad Coy and Dean Curtis for Sutton.
Ste Wolhuter and Ryan Platt for Boilermakers. New Street kept up pressure on top two with a 8-1 win over Ecclesfield FC with two hat tricks one from Martin Dearden and Jonathan Newton, with other goals from Jonathan Green and Paul Kenny.
In the 1st Division game, Boilermakers Arm Res beat Sidac Res 3-0 with goals from Shane Johnson with two and Karl Foster with other one.
Prescot Sun Res kept up there winning run, with a win over Shaw Street and Ormskirk FC kept pressure with a win over Parr Rangers.
