THE bar keeps getting raised higher each week for unbeaten Saints, but on Friday (7.45pm) Justin Holbrook expects champions Leeds Rhinos to provide the toughest test to date, Mike Critchley writes.

The Rhinos have only lost one Super league game – at Widnes the week they had returned from Australia – and Holbrook reckons they are still the team to beat.

He said: “Leeds have fast and strong outside backs who get their sets going.

“And then Matt Parcell is quick out of dummy half.

“Then you have Joel Moon who is a dangerous player.

“They have got a good mix and they are the defending champions so they will be hard to beat.

“They are the ones everyone has to chase. They are a good quality side and a hard-working team and pop up everywhere in defence.

“They also play some good second phase type rugby.

“They are a strong side and continue to show that. They’ve only lost one game this year so we know it will be a tough game. But it is one we are looking forward to.”

With Wakefield losing at Wigan last week, Saints are now the only unbeaten team left in Super League.

But Holbrook said they are not getting ahead of themselves - and despite the winning start Holbrook says there is more to come.

"As a group and staff we are enjoying rising to each challenge," he said.

"We have got to look to the next game and that is the hardest one again – against the defending champions.

"We have enjoyed the last five and will enjoy this Friday just as much.

"We are in a good place and want to keep getting better and we are.

“Every team will improve and although we are winning, we will get better.

“We’re picking things up in our video sessions and the players agree with them. We’ll definitely keep on getting better."
