DISCIPLINARY chiefs took a look at the recordings of three challenges made by Warrington Wolves players against St Helens on Friday, including the one that led to Saints skipper Jon Wilkin leaving the field in a dazed state.
But Ryan Atkins, two incidents, and Ashton Sims are both in the clear.
Atkins was placed on report for an alleged shoulder charge in a tackle that led to Wilkin being helped off the pitch in the 64th minute.
The findings of the RFL Match Review Panel say: "Player making legitimate attempt to tackle opponent who has been tackled by team mates.
"Opponent is going to ground and player adjusts his tackling technique to account for this however some contact is made with opponent’s head, however contact is inadvertent."
A 'shoulder charge' by Atkins on Louie McCarthy-Scarsbrook and a 'high tackle' by Ashton Sims on Luke Thompson were not deemed to be the case.
