LIKE Saints before them a number of St Helens Sutton A.C. members travelled to Formby beach to train on the dunes in what is something of a club tradition.
Coach Ray Vose put the group though their paces.
Meanwhile the Club faces a busy start to the New Year with the County Cross Country Championships being held on Saturday, January 6 at Croxteth Park.

27 January, Northern XC Championships Sedgefield.
February 10 Manchester XC League Kenworthy Woods.
February 11 Liverpool & District XC Championships Clarkes Gardens.
24 February, National XC Championships Weston Park Staffordshire.
March 2, Manchester XC League Sherdley Park.
