MIDWEEK racing saw15 ladies and four men represent Striders across the water in the Birkenhead 5-miler.
This was part of the Merseyside Grand Prix series in which the ladies are currently leading in the team positions and the men in position 9.
The teams did well over a tough, looped and hilly course in humid conditions. A special well done to Karen Mason who ran her first race as a Strider.
