Saints marched into their tenth Super League Grand Final with a 30-12 win over Catalan Dragons.
They had to come from behind after Morgan Escare had broke the deadlock with a try on 22 minutes.
But once Saints got in front - after Jordan Turner's momentum took him over for the leveller and then Adam Swift slipped three defenders on the left flank just before the break - there was only ever likely to be one winner.
Saints got the rub of the green when Willie Manu started and finished the move, with Tommy Makinson flying down the wing in between, to grab the crucial first score of the second half.
A Mark Percival penalty made it a three score lead. A big driving run from big Mose Masoe took three defenders over the line with him to move the score up to 26-6.
And then a swivel of the hips from Percival, taking the ball from first receiver, added another cracking try 15 minutes from time. The Dragons had the last word when Michael Oldfield strode down the wing to add a consolation try.
