I feel that I have made quite a few changes to my diet now with today’s change being Agave Nectar instead of honey on my porridge. The soya milk, I can’t say I am lover of it but its edible! I am a monkey on the food front, I have to know what I am going to eat well in advance, the second I wake, I think … hmm what should we have for tea! Yesterday, I did manage to take my daughter to Mc Donalds and did not get one for me too!, I did pinch about five fries … but that was all!
Really enjoyed today’s training session, I felt that it was achievable, and I didn’t have lots of repeat exercises so I managed to get through them. What made it more enjoyable was that Steve watched Jane like a hawk, which was funny, I have realised that Jane counts in twos!!! That’s why she gets through them so quick … not today, she was counted on every one and did say ‘that was the hardest I have ever worked’.
I was pretty good on the food front over the weekend, and kept alcohol to a minimum… I put a class in on Sunday morning, I do feel I need to put an extra push in as for some reason it’s not coming off quite as easy as some of the others say they are … ARRR I am competitive and CAN NOT fail!
Breakfast – Porridge with soya milk
Mid- morning – Banana , liquorice stick (pure)
Lunch – Spicy Lentil soup
Dinner – Salmon, stir fry veg and roast sweet potatoes
