I WALKED around the Dream in Sutton Manor for the first time.
At first I thought "wow", this is lovely until I noticed all the bags scattered everywhere with dog waste in them. It is no excuse people should not be throwing them but there wasn't a single bin on the walk to dispose of waste of any kind.
Thousands of taxpayers money is contributed to the Dream and the council can't provide a bin for litter or dog waste.
On leaving the Dream I came across a bin that was overflowing and not possible to place any rubbish.
Visitors to the Dream will think St Helens people are litterbugs but this is not true as there are no waste units.
It is such a lovely walk and you could sit and have your lunch there but not without litter bins. Come on St Helens Council stand up and contribute to our town looking smarter.
