THERE seems to be an increase in the amount of people around the Gladstone Street and Doulton Street area leaving their dogs out for hours on end at night barking.
If your dog needs to go out to do its business, then fair enough, but there are often dogs out there for up to two hours barking at nothing.
During the day it wouldn't be so bad but it is sometimes gone 11pm when this is happening.
It's really inconsiderate and I feel bad for the poor dogs who do get left out to bark whilst their owners are presumably indoors ignoring their pet.
