I agree 100 per cent with dog lead proposal
IN response to 'Council considers law to keep dogs on leads' (Star, June 4) I own four dogs and would support this 100 per cent. Sadly there are too many irresponsible dog owners that can't control an off lead dog in a public place which causes a lot of problems, for lead walked dogs, kids playing etc.
The minority spoil it for the majority of sensible dog owners.
