In the St Helens Combination Premier Division; Sidac Social edged a tight game 3-1 over local rivals Junction, In the Top of the table clash Penlake beat Prescot Leisure at wood Lane 3-4 to open up a gap at the summit. Rainford North End travels proved fruitful as they beat St Helens Town 1-4. Greenfield proved to strong for Cock Face Miners by beating them 1-5 away at the Rec.

In the RG Trophies Division One; Knowsley South and Wheaty shared a point each in a tough encounter at Knowsley, Golden Lion proved to good for Sidac Social Res by beating them 5-2 at home, Raven had their shooting boots on by thumping Old Congs 5-0 at home, Moss Bank piped Sumner Street 1-3 at haydock whilst the biggest winners of the day was Bold Rangers who hot Bowling Green for 8 at home.

In Division Two; Brown Edge beat neighbours Vine 2-5 with Griffin, Wood, Bradshaw amongst the goals, Waterside just piped Elephant 3-2 in a tight game, Sportmans had a good 3-1 home win against Newstreet Reserves whilst Carborundum put 6 past Junction Reserves.
