Man on sex assault charge
A MAN has been remanded in custody after being charged with sexually assaulting a woman in St Helens.
Enzo Arach, from Dickenson Road, Manchester, is accused of committing the offence on May 27, 2007.
He appeared at St Helens Magistrates’ Court where he also faced a second charge of failing to surrender to police bail in June 2007.
The case is due back in court today (Thursday) when Arach will appear in court via video link.
