A MAN has been fined and handed a community order after assaulting two men at a railway station.
On September 8, 2023, it is reported that Carl Hogan assaulted two men at St Helens Central station.
Hogan, 33, of Doulton Street in St Helens, had pleaded guilty to the two offences, with the case heard by Warrington Magistrates Court on March 19.

Following the assault, Hogan was given a community order to follow an alcohol treatment programme for up to six months under the direction of Change Grow Live.
He was also ordered to participate in a rehabilitation programme in which he must comply with instructions from the relevant officer for up to 20 days.
Hogan was also fined £80 for the assault and given a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services.
He was also ordered to pay costs of £120 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
