A MAN with links to St Helens is wanted on recall to prison.
Merseyside Police have put out a witness appeal for Hung Van Dinh after he is reported to have breached his licence conditions following his release from prison.
The 30-year-old, who is a Vietnamese national, has previously served a sentence for a drugs offence.
Mr Van Digh, who has links to St Helens, is described as being around 5ft 5in tall, has a medium build, black hair and brown eyes.

Merseyside Police has appealed for any witnesses to contact the Force via @MerPolCC on X, ‘Merseyside Police Contact Centre’ on Facebook, or anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 with reference 24000294051.
