POLICE arrested a motorist on suspicion of driving while disqualified.
Traffic officers from Merseyside Roads Policing Unit stopped an Audi A3 in Rainhill overnight.
Police allege a suspect provided false details before it was ascertained he had two months left on a three-year disqualification after post left on the passenger seat showed their real details.
A man was arrested and remanded in custody.

Merseyside Roads Policing Unit said: "The driver of this Audi A3 in Rainhill tried to blag us with false details.
"Unfortunately, he'd left his post on the passenger seat with his true details on and it was soon ascertained he still had two months left on his three-year disqualification.
"He was arrested & remanded."
