EMERGENCY services were called to a road traffic collision in Newton-le-Willows yesterday evening.
Officers were called to the scene of a crash on Vista Road at around 6pm on Sunday, August 7.

A Peugeot Rifter and a Ford Mondeo had collided on the main road, with residents reporting of a police presence in the area close to the Highmarsh estate.
The collision caused a slight injury to a female involved, who was treated at the scene.
Vista Road was closed while officers dealt with the incident, which caused traffic delays for motorists travelling on the road between Newton and Haydock.
The scene was cleared and the road reopened around two hours later at 8pm.
