FIRE crews were called to put out a car blaze last night in Sutton Manor.
Merseyside Fire & Rescue Service were alerted just after 10.35pm on Tuesday, May 31 to reports of a vehicle fire on the junction of Jubits Lane and Bell Lane.
One fire engine attended and on arrival crews found one car well alight.
Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet.
The fire had been extinguished just before 11pm.
The incident has been handed over to Merseyside Police.
