THE family of Daniel Fox are inviting residents to join them later this month for an awareness walk to highlight the issue of knife crime.
The walk will start at the Bird ‘ith Hand pub on Prescot Road at 9pm on Saturday, June 30.
The family are hoping to open up an exhibition in the town showcasing the affects and aftermath of knife crime, after visiting the Ben Kinsella Trust in London.
Danny's auntie Dawn Jones said: "This is something we want for people from St Helens to hopefully end the issue of knife crime in our area by educationing people - particularly children of all ages - of what happens.
"We want as many people behind us and hope they can come on Saturday to show their support."
