PLANS to create two homes on land in Crank which attracted letters of objection have been withdrawn.
Proposals sought to create two two-storey houses, along with associated landscaping and access, at the former Lowes Forge site, next o Rose Farm Cottage on Red Cat Lane.
The plans sparked five letters of objection from residents.
Opponents expressed concerns over the number of additional vehicles this would lead to in the area, which would "greatly impact on our quality of life", said one objector.
They said there was "already difficult" accessing properties in the area, with another resident arguing it would "cause chaos".
Plans have been withdrawn by the applicant.
A decision notice issued by planning officers requested the applicant discuss any potential revisions with the case officer if they intent to resubmit.
