EMERGENCY services were called to the La Grange car park yesterday evening (Wednesday) following reports of a man on the roof.
Police, fire service and ambulance attended following the report of a 'concern for safety'.
Officers managed to talk the man down from the roof and he was taken to hospital, a police spokeswoman said.
The spokeswoman added: "Officers were called to a concern for safety at 5.45pm on Wednesday for a man on the car park roof.
"He was talked down and taken to hospital voluntarily. The incident was stood down at 6.40pm."
