HUNDREDS of people have been sending their messages of congratulations to war veteran Andy Reid on the birth of his second child – baby girl Scarlett.
The triple-amputee from Rainford, who was injured while serving in Afghanistan, is already dad to five-year-old William.
Andy and wife Claire shared a beautiful picture of their new bundle of joy who they have called Scarlett Ann Reid.
She was born yesterday, Tuesday, March 20.

Boxer Martin Murray, the Steve Prescott Foundation and the Star, which has chronicled Andy's story since he survived the IED blast in 2009, were among those to offered congratulations.
Emmerdale actor Michael Parr, who grew up in Dentons Green, tweeted them saying: "Congrats guys," while Danny Fox's auntie Dawn Jones sent her best wishes, by tweeting: "Oh wow that is fantastic news Andy I wish you both lots of 'Nappyness'. She is beautiful xxx"
