A 20-YEAR-OLD man has been fined for shattering a bus shelter in Rainford.
John Philip Leyland, of Junction Road, Rainford, was convicted of criminal damage at Liverpool Magistrates' Court on Wednesday (March 6).
Leyland caused damaged to the shelter belonging to Merseytravel, to the value of £783.73 on Tuesday, February 6.
He was made to pay a fine of £391.86.
A community order was also imposed.
