The traffic lights are stuck on red at the Scotchbarn Lane and Sinclair Avenue junction in Prescot
CARS are queueing at a junction in Prescot this morning, Thursday, after a set of temporary traffic lights are stuck on red.
The junction is at Scotchbarn Lane and Sinclair Avenue.
A spokesman for Merseyside police said: "We have advised the council but please plan your journeys accordingly."
