Man to face GBH trial over alleged attack
A MAN will face trial next month over an alleged GBH attack shortly after Christmas.
Mark John Bacon, 36, of no fixed address is accused of maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Christopher Campbell at an address on Longridge Avenue, Blackbrook.
The alleged assault is claimed to have taken place on Wednesday, December 27.
After appearing before Liverpool Magistrates’ Court, Bacon was remanded into custody to face trial on Wednesday, February 7.
