Man left with facial injuries after hit and run
A MAN was left with facial injuries after a car crashed into him before fleeing the scene.
A 55-year-old man was taken to hospital in the early hours of Sunday, November 12, after being hit by a vehicle at the junction of Chalon Way West and Linkway West, near to Cineworld.
Following the incident, the vehicle drove off and enquiries are ongoing to establish its whereabouts and to speak to the driver.
CCTV opportunities have been explored and witnesses spoken to.
The man has since been discharged.
