CREWS were called to put out a fire in a HGV at a former brickworks site.
Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service were called to Ibstock on Chester Lane, Sutton Manor at around 3pm on Saturday afternoon (June 17) to reports of the HGV being in flames.
Crews used hose jet reels to put out the blaze by shortly after 3pm. No-one was injured from the incident.
