MOTORISTS are warned to expect delays around Parr at the end of the month as essential carriageway repair works get underway.
As part of its approved highway programme for 2017-18, St Helens Council will carry out carriageway repair works on Broad Oak Road and Newton Road on Tuesday, May 30 which is expected to take four days to complete.
Temporary traffic signals will be in operation on Broad Oak Road and Newton Road for the duration of the works, and it is asked that roads are kept clear of parked vehicles during working hours.
