STARS from the football pitch and television took their families along to the Echo Arena in Liverpool on Wednesday (November 30) for the opening show of Disney On Ice presents Frozen.
Liverpool FC footballers Steven Gerrard, Roberto Firmino and Adam Lallana - as well as ex Atomic Kitten Natasha Hamilton and actress Jennifer Ellison - were among the stars who came to catch the Christmassy premiere.
The magical show is on until this Sunday, December 4.
With state-of-the-art special effects, the production tells the popular tale of two royal sisters Anna and Elsa, with audiences singing along with such musical masterpieces as 'Let it Go', 'Do You Want to Build a Snowman?' and 'Fixer Upper'.
Producer Nicole Feld said: "In our more than 30 years of producing Disney On Ice shows, Feld Entertainment has been waiting for a film like this.
"While it might seem obvious that Frozen is well-suited for the ice, this Disney On Ice production will touch audiences emotionally through innovative show elements and world-class skating."
The show's set design encompasses the space from the ice's surface up through the air, to draw the audience into the story and closer to the characters.
Tickets for the production are on sale via disneyonice.co.uk, echoarena.com or via the Echo Arena box office on 0844 8000 400.
