POLICE warned that medication that was lost on a bus yesterday would have serious effect if it was taken by children.
It went missing between Clinkham Wood and St Helens town centre yesterday.
Between 2pm to 3pm, a man left the number 32a Arriva bus at St Helens town centre, leaving his medication on board.
Enquiries with the bus company are ongoing. The medication is:
28 x 50mg Sirtraline tablets
58 x 300mg Pregablin tablets
116 x 30mg Dihydrocodeine tablets
28 x 50mg Omeprazole tablets
Officers are warning that people that take any medication which has not been prescribed can be very dangerous and, would especially have serious effects on children, in some circumstances fatal.
Anyone who finds the medication should immediately hand it into any pharmacy or police station or call officers on the 101 number quoting log number 887.
