A SHED and its contents were severely damaged by a fire in Parr.
Firefighters were called to the incident, in Malvern Road just before 11.30pm on Friday (October 14).
The shed, and its contents, at the rear of a home were well alight, according to Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service.
A spokesperson for MF&RS said: "Two fire engines attended the incident, which involved a 2m by 2m shed on fire.
"Crews used a high-powered hose reel to extinguish the blaze."
She added: "The shed and its contents were severely damaged by fire and fortunately no-one was injured."
Firefighters remained at the scene for around 20 minutes and carried out a Home Fire Safety Check.
