PEOPLE aged 18 to 24 who are just starting out on their career, or who are between jobs, can get help from the Youth Employment Gateway.
'YEG' helps young people who live in the Liverpool City Region - which includes St Helens and Knowsley - to find employment.
Members of YEG get a dedicated advisor and are entitled to a personalised budget which can be used to buy goods or services that will help improve employment prospects.
Councillor Ian Maher, Liverpool City Region combined authority's lead for employment and skills, said: "This development with the Youth Employment Gateway website ensures everything young people need to know is available at the touch of a button and, given the website is mobile friendly, it's accessible from a phone, tablet or laptop whenever you need it and wherever you are."
