Plans for restaurant at Wargrave Hacienda
PERMISSION is being sought to create a restaurant as part of extension plans for the Wargrave Hacienda bar in Newton-le-Willows.
Proposals include ground floor alterations and extensions to form a restaurant, new toilets and relocate access to the first floor flat.
Alterations to the first floor would see a relocated entrance with external works to extend the rear terrace and to move the smoking shelter.
The plans remain on public consultation until Monday, February 22.
