STAR photographer Dave Gillespie took this video of the inagural St Helens Triathlon which attracted around 250 people taking part.
Organised by the Steve Prescott Foundation it was hailed as a great success and saw participants take on a swim in Eccleston Mere before a bike ride followed by a run ending up at Rainford High School.
Martin Blondel general manager of the SPF said: "It was fantastic and was a resounding success and we are overjoyed with how it went."
