Police issue warning after medication stolen in burglary
PEOPLE are being warned to be vigilant after medication was stolen in a burglary.
The citalopram was in a handbag taken from a house on Furness Avenue on the Hard Lane estate yesterday (August 27).
Police are warning that the medication could prove to be fatal.
Anyone who comes across this medication, or any other prescription drug, is asked to hand them to their nearest police station, surgery, hospital or pharmacy.
