Well then, what a weekend that was. Im wrecked!!!!

It all started Friday morning with my car fully loaded with tent, and all accesories including my dvd of Saints Season last season... Nice easy journey down through the M6, and at the camp site for bout 12ish... So i get all set up, a bit of a chill out and then its time to drive into Wigoon land for the big game.

Parked up easily enough, and a mile walk to the ground. I had a nice saunter about in the heat, before I made my way over to Soccerdome to see who I knew in there. Saying hello to various people I had never said hello to before or even met, due to my name on the back of the shirt.Even saying hello to mt exes mam !!!!!!!

Lots of familiar faces in soccerdome, and a special mention to " Shakespeare " who I have to admit his geordie is getting better by the week haha!!!

Another easy win in the rugby and some class new chants, especially the "Trent will tear us apart again " to the tune of love will tear us apart again... Brilliant! then back to Tent towers, and a nice couple of hours to myself, reliving Roby selling O'Loughlan a nice dummy, which would have been more suited to their fans as they are always spitting theirs out. .

Back to my tent late on and my dvd player keeping me sane. Saturday was a good day too. with me deciding to have a drive into St Helens and spending the usual fortune in the club shop. Even had a look around the shops, and bought some sports clothing.

Sat evening was a nice shower followed by the boxing on tv in the local village. Great fun, and some nice people. Sunday was "BLACKPOOL DAY " as Jill Quinny and Blobby all came over to my campsite and off we toddled to Blackpool, and not Bondi beach ( a Leon Pryce in joke there ). Again lush weather, and getting one of those all day tickets was sensible as god knows how many times we rode " the big one ".

Got soaked on Valhalla, and to keep Jill happy we went on the horses merry go round. Just dont talk about the maze..... " just follow me " Jill said. We got to one side within about 2 minutes...easy we thought, until Jills famous last words... Half an hour later after arranging our own areas to sleep in, in the maze that night we eventually found our way out.... Lots of other things that were great as well, and we all got back after 11 that night..oh I forgot slowly but surely we all managed to " keep our hands up" on the big one , all the way . all except Jill, who thought she would keep them up, as we were going UP the track??????????

Monday, I was ill, tired, hungover, and basically wanted my bed, so I drove in late. Went to some pub near the ground for a quick bite to eat on my own, and was Mr Unsociable watching the second half of the Hull game, feeling sorry for myself. Then I went to the ground early doors, and just mooched about. Chatting to Hartlepool Saint, who ended up getting there hearer half time. An easy win, but I just wanted the hooter to go When it went,I was out of there quicker than a Wigan fan leaves the JJB with 20 minutes to go usually... Home and very tired, and looked after by my lass.... Work the next day....and im down again friday>>>>>>>> happy days
