Laytham appeared at St Helens Magistrates' Court
A MAN has appeared in court charged with attacking an Iraqi car-wash worker.
Michael Laytham, 37, from Anne Grove in Peasley Cross appeared at St Helens Magistrates' Court to deny three charges including hurling racist abuse and beating Ary Aziz at the Arc car wash on Park Road in Blackbrook last October.
The case has been adjourned until Thursday, April 23.
