Water burst: East Lancs reopens but Catchdale Moss road could remain closed for a week
A SECTION of the East Lancashire Road in St Helens that was closed due to a burst water main has now been re-opened However Catchdale Moss Road (B5203) – the site of the burst – remains closed from its junction with Howards Lane to the East Lancashire Road.
A St Helens Council spokesperson said: "This road could be closed to traffic for up to a week. Diversions are in operation."
