THREE brothers have been hit with court orders after a spate of thefts and reports of intimidating behaviour.
Daniel Yates, 23, of Hughes Avenue in Prescot, Peter Yates, 24, and 30-year-old Stephen Yates from Kingsway in Prescot were handed Anti-Social Behaviour Orders following a hearing at Liverpool Magistrates' Court.
The trio were said to be responsible for threats from vehicles, criminal damage, foul and threatening language and behaviour and harassment across Prescot.

Under the terms of the order they must not be in each other’s company in public or anywhere that people have paid to be within Prescot and Whiston unless travelling on an uninterrupted journey in a motor vehicle.
They must also not use foul, abusive or threatening language or enter Prescot.

All three are also banned from touching or entering any unattended vehicle without permission of the owner and causing harassment, alarm or distress.
The order will remain in place until June 10, 2016. If any breach the order they could be arrested and could face a potential jail term
